Prefer to have your own space? This option allows you to pay in full and enjoy a private room for the entire trip. It’s ideal for solo travelers who value privacy, quiet, or extra room to relax.

Pay in Full – Shared Room (Double Occupancy) $3,500
This option is for travelers who plan to share a room. You can book this rate if you’re traveling with a friend or open to being matched with another guest.

Full access to all scheduled experiences, meals, and activities
No future payments required
After booking, you’ll complete a traveler form to indicate your roommate’s name or confirm you’d like to be paired with another traveler.
Refund & Payment Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due no later than July 15, 2025. After August 1, 2025, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including cancellations or missed travel. By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that all accommodations, experiences, and logistics are reserved in advance.

No. Airfare to and from Ghana is not included. You are responsible for booking your own flight to Kotoka International Airport (ACC). Airport pickup and drop-off are included once you arrive. If you would like to travel with a group there is an option to meet up with travelers in NYC (likely JFK International Airport) more details to come after securing your deposit or full payment.

Yes. U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport and a visa to enter Ghana. Details and visa support will be shared after booking.
Some vaccinations may be recommended depending on your travel history and health. Yellow fever vaccination is required for entry into Ghana. We recommend speaking with a travel doctor or visiting the CDC website for updated guidance.

At this time, only deposit + balance or full payment options are available. The remaining balance is due by July 15, 2025.
If you select double occupancy and don’t list a roommate, we’ll pair you with another traveler when possible. If no match is available, you may be required to upgrade to a single room at the applicable rate.
Absolutely. Many of our travelers join solo and leave with lifelong friendships. You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming group.
Yes. Once you’re confirmed, you’ll be added to our private WhatsApp group for updates, travel tips, and to connect with other attendees.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to extend your trip before or after our group dates. All costs associated with extended stays are your full responsibility. If you need help with hotel suggestions or transport outside the group itinerary, we’re happy to assist.
In the rare event we need to cancel the trip, all payments made will be refunded in full. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal plans and airfare.
While it’s not required, it is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment, personal belongings, and health while abroad. More information will be provided after securing your spot.
Yes. While we have a full itinerary of curated experiences, there will be downtime built into the schedule so you can rest, explore, or enjoy the destination on your own.
What Happens After I Book?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a traveler intake form. This form will collect your room preference, passport name, dietary needs, and other key details. We’ll keep you informed with important updates, packing tips, and everything you need to prepare for Ghana.
